Startup SQL ignored?

Ever since I started working with Invantive I’ve had the same Startup SQL that filters out test companies (see below). I’ve noticed this week that these test companies now suddenly start appearing in my datasets again, while I didn’t touch the code. Can you tell me what may have happened?

use
select code, 'eol'
from systemdivisions@eol
where upper(description) not like '%TEST%';

If I run the code in UniversalSQL it does exactly as intended, it just doesn’t seem to run as startup anymore.

There are no known issues with the use statement.

The advice is to provide a reproduction scenario, such as the four outcomes of these statements:

use all@eol
-- For example: 2.

select count(distinct division) from ExactOnlineREST..Journals@eol
-- For example: 2.

use ... /* Own variant. */
-- For example: 1.

select count(distinct division) from ExactOnlineREST..Journals@eol
-- For example: 1.

If these yield the same outcomes, access via delegation will be requested.
