Allow wildcards in IP whiltelist

This is a feature request similar to Central whitelisting of IP addresses on Invantive Cloud.

Allow defining allowed IP addresses by using wildcards and ranges.

For example:

  • ::ffff:20.38.84.10-::ffff:20.38.84.20 will allow all IP addresses in the defined range.
  • ::ffff:20.38.84.* will allow all IP addresses in the range ::ffff:20.38.84.0-::ffff:20.38.84.255.
