Downloads due to itgendir105 error

Due to the incident described in Itgendir105 melding (Dutch only), all users of a Windows-version of Invantive on-premises products started receiving an error on November 1, 2024 with error code itgendir105.

Resolution of the problem requires installation of an upgrade. The list below lists the available downloads.

Please note that these releases deviate from previous releases:

  • Microsoft Edge may complain about an unknown source. In the download-dropdown of Microsoft Edge choose for the hamburger menu ‘…’ and choose “Keep” or similar whenever requested.
  • The execution may trigger a blue SmartScreen warning. Click on “More info” and then “Keep” or similar.

Is there also information on when the Invative Data Hub can once again be used for Exact Online use?

For Exact Online specifically, the regular multi-platform version was not affected by this problem. Service was not interrupted on the multi-platform version (typically .net 6 or .net 8).
