Bij het activeren van de Excel add-in krijg ik de volgende foutmelding:

itgencos001: The global user configuration can not be loaded. The file 'C:\Users\john.doe\Invantive\user.settings' will be disabled. Please investigate.

Het XML-document (17, 2) bevat een fout.

Advies is om Excel nogmaals volledig te herstarten.

Hedenochtend is een nieuwe versie van de infrastructuur in productie genomen vanwege nieuwe drivers en die kan even dusdanig traag gereageerd hebben dat er een time-out optrad.
