Itgenstp125 blocks access to Bridge Online Monitoring to analyze invoice issues

When an account has invoices long overdue, not only access to the Bridge Online downloads is blocked automatically, but also interactive login to Invantive Bridge Online to analyze the 402 Payment required error. Access to Invantive Cloud is still possible then.

Suggestion is to only block downloads and App Online executions, and still allow interactive access to Bridge Online.
