Cannot open Bridge Online Monitoring: page keeps loading

Since yesterday I’m unable to access Invantive Bridge Cloud Monitoring.

The page does not allow me to put in my credentials and when it does, the page keeps loading without any changes.

According to a different post it relates to itgenboe077.

Can this be fixed?

Opening Invantive Bridge Online Monitoring requires authentication. According to the user audit events of the account involved, there is a large number of efforts to access the data with incorrect credentials.

Between failed logins, a delay is introduced. With each consecutive failed effort, the length of this delay increases significantly, ultimately leading to a minimum delay of multiple minutes between individual tries.

Additionally, at various thresholds on the number of failed efforts an email is sent to the user involved.

Your super user can find the user audit events also for your user account by clicking on the identically named button on the user record. Or the user can find the warning in his email box.

Recommended action is to ensure that all processes use the correct credentials.

For synchronization, it is strongly recommended to create a service account to avoid that runaway services or changing staff involvement leads to a down situation. More information on service accounts can be found in Manage users on Invantive Cloud.
