I have used Visma Connect, not VNI, to create a Visma.net database for loading into Power BI.
However, after a small number of small but succesful downloads (maybe a few thousands rows), I am continuously getting the following error:
itgenvnt067
You have run out of API requests.
Please try again after 560 seconds (50).
The download stalls forever from then.
How can I resolve this?

The cause of the itgenvnt067
error is that the so-called CompanyIntervalLimit
has been exceeded. This limit is undocumented by Visma.
We have reached out to Visma and try to establish the cause and find a solution through a personal channel and through New ratelimit policy CompanyIntervalLimit - Visma Community .
When more information is available or a solution, we will update this topic.

Creation of cases took longer than expected. We are waiting on Visma regarding cases 00080336 and 00080339. As soon an update is retrieved we will update this topic.

There has been no update from Visma on these cases.
The question is being closed, since it is outside the scope of Invantive’s possibilities.
