Laden Teamleader via Data Hub geeft error itgenobr024

We verkrijgen sinds gisteren een fout bij het opbouwen van verbinding met Teamleader via Data Hub 20.1.386.

Via de Query Tool lukt het inloggen wel nog.

Data Hub 20.1.478 heeft het zelfde probleem:

Hoe kan ik dit oplossen?

Dank voor het melden. Blijkbaar is gisteravond omstreeks 17:00 een nieuwe Teamleader release live gegaan met daarin een breaking change voor de OAuth background provider die onder Invantive Data Hub meestal gebruikt wordt.

In de laatste versie wordt de vertaling niet afgedrukt. Die had moeten luiden:

itgenobr024: The OAuth response does not contain a valid OAuth token

Het Query Tool heeft hiervan geen last omdat die de OAuth Implicit Grant Flow gebruikt. Invantive Cloud heeft hiervan ook geen last; die gebruikt de OAuth Code Grant Flow.

Een nieuwe release zal dit probleem oplossen voor Invantive Data Hub.

Als workaround is advies om de replicatie handmatig via het Query Tool te draaien.

Het lijkt er op dat Teamleader op 17 juli tussen 8:00 en 18:00 aangepast is zodat e.e.a. weer werkt. We kijken het een aantal dagen aan en voeren alvast een paar kleine wijzigingen door mocht het probleem zich weer voordoen. Via status.invantive.com worden updates verstuurd.

Dit probleem treedt weer op sinds zaterdag 10 september 12:01 met de melding:

We wachten af of dit van voorbijgaande aard is zoals vorige keer dat deze fout in het weekend optrad en mogelijkerwijs in de loop van maandag weer werkt.

Deze manier van aanmelden gebruikt de zogenaamde “backgroundauthenticatie” voor aanmelden zonder browser of scherm, maar ook zonder de OAuth code grant flow.

Wij ervaren hetzelfde probleem bij meerdere versies van de data hub. Zowel bij 20.2.8-PROD+1806 als bij 20.1.327-BETA+1568

Correct, alle versies van Data Hub hebben hier op dit moment last van door een change op Teamleader die gebleven is.

In een nieuwe versie zal dit opgelost zijn; een moment hiervoor is nog niet toe te zeggen, maar de verwachting is binnen enkele dagen.

Een upgrade zal nodig zijn.

Invantive Cloud, Invantive Query Tool, Invantive Control for Excel en Invantive Composition for Word ervaren geen last van deze storing doordat ze een tweetal andere aanmeldmethodes gebruiken.

Dank voor de reactie. Is hier een workaround voor om bijvoorbeeld handmatig alsnog de refreshes te kunnen draaien via Data Hub? Wij hebben aardig wat processen draaien op basis van de Teamleader data, die nu dus niet up-to-date is.

Afhankelijk van situatie zou dat kunnen, bijvoorbeeld door de scripts te draaien vanuit Invantive Query Tool.

Na het installeren van de update verkrijgen we onderstaande fout via Data Hub.

De XML bevat de info voor connectie met Exact en Teamleader.
