Melding itgen540 bij het registreren van een nieuwe Bouw7-database in Invantive Cloud

Ik probeer een nieuwe Bouw7-database aan te maken binnen Invantive Cloud, maar het inrichtingsproces breekt aan het einde af met een validatiefout.

Waar loop ik tegenaan:

Bij het aanmaken van de nieuwe Bouw7-database voer ik de API-sleutel in en klik ik op “Voltooien”. In plaats van dat de registratie wordt afgerond, toont het platform direct een foutmelding op het scherm.

Waarschijnlijk ontbreekt een drietal letters in de berichtcode itgen540.

Zou deze kunnen toevoegen?

Dank voor de aanvulling. Dit is een interne communicatiefout binnen Invantive Cloud. Een analist zal dit analyseren en terugkoppelen.

Het probleem treedt op meerdere platformen op en houdt mogelijk verband met een recente upgrade door de introductie van Invantive MCP Server (een aansluitmogelijkheid voor AI’s zoals Claude, CoPilot etc.)

De waarschijnlijke oorzaak is gevonden. Als workaround is voorlopig de voorgaande release teruggezet. Bij test is het gelukt om een Bouw7 database te registreren.

Gelieve nogmaals te proberen.

Een nieuwe release 26.0.130 is in productie genomen die de oorspronkelijke functionaliteit voor Invantive MCP Server en wel registratie van een nieuwe database mogelijk maakt.
