on opening the Oracle datacontainer with release upto and include 24.0.334. The error occurs when the concatenation of typically email address of the Windows user plus the session ID used for Oracle client identification exceeds 64 characters.
Starting release 24.0.335, the client ID will be limited to at most 64 characters.
