The error message and internal logging at Invantive signals that the signature on the license key is invalid.
Please make sure to precisely follow the instructions in the mail containing the license key and/or the instructions in Install License Key on Office-based Products on Windows. When in doubt, please consult your IT-administrator.
In the next release, the message code itgenlic717 to signal a disabled license will be differentiated to reduce solution feedback time:
itgenlic894: license code is invalid due to failure in cryptographic validation.itgenlic895: malformed license code, must be in Base32 or Base64 format.itgenlic896: signature invalid (would be shown here).itgenlic897: license expired.itgenlic898: local time invalid.itgenlic899: generic failure.itgenlic900: maximum number of usage days exceeded.itgenlic717: all remaining cases for a disabled license.
