I am attempting to upload a memorandum journal in Exact Online via the Get My Report app but I receive the error:

Please advise.
Can you please indicate what the precise Get My Report module is?
Can you reproduce the error with a short sample and add the Excel-sheet (anonymized descriptions and amounts) here?
The precise version of the Get My Report is 22.0.31.
The exact template is attached hereto.

I understand that it concerns the module “Upload Journal Entries”. The xlsx seems to be missing; it might be that only limited users can upload Excel-sheets as a security measure.
Please send the Excel XLSX to support@invantive.com and put in the subject “Forum ID 2190”.

No, the question has not yet been looked into. Maybe another user knows the solution.
In the next release of Get My Report there will be a number of enhancements to better handle data issues, such as numbers with pre-fixed by spaces. This should solve this issue. The release is scheduled for production before June 1.
Also, error messages should contain more context like:

The value ‘Prijs’ is not a valid decimal.
Input string was not in a correct format.
