whereas the lastest PROD version is advertised in the release notes section is Version: 24.0.21 Released: 03-02-2024 18:46:22 (UTC)

That is currently intended behaviour. The 24.0-release of Invantive Data Hub will be upgraded in the course of this week as “current” release.
