When synchronizing Odoo using Bridge Online, I am consistently getting an error itgenclr009 “The JSON value of length … is too large and not supported.”
How to fix this?
This issue is caused by a component of the Invantive software not suitable for responses of over 100 MB in a single cell value, in this case a very large binary document.
The software has been altered to work with larger responses and an adapted release has been taken into production on April 12, 2023.
