Delegation allows an organization to give users from other organizations temporary access to their data. This is intended for use by consultants and support staff. The account granted access must be a personal account; service accounts cannot use delegation.
As of mid-February 2024, the maximum duration of a delegation has been extended to 12 months.
In the event that a consultant’s deployment exceeds 12 months, a new 12-month period can be added each time.
In this way, the software responds to often longer-term cooperation between consultant and client.
