De waarschijnlijke oorzaak is dat de abonnementhouder van de client ID op Exact Online een andere organisatie is in Exact Online dan gebruiker die het probeert te gebruiken.
Advies is om de Exact Online app te registreren op apps.exactonline.com met hetzelfde abonnement als waar de Exact Online gebruiker onder ressorteert; zie hiervoor Registratie Exact Online app voor gebruik met Invantive Cloud.
