The message is now localized in the chosen user language. Also, it is more dynamic in nature. Changes in payment or payment holiday are reflected within 60 minutes instead of within 24 hours. Finally, it is no longer a manual process, but automatically applied similar to the calculations used for Invantive Cloud.
