A payment holiday is a pause in the payment of invoices of Invantive until a specific date.
A subscription can be blocked by mistake due to a processing problem on our side or yours of an invoice. A payment holiday allows you to use the software again within 1 hour once configured across all systems.
The date until which a payment holiday is set is visible in the field “End of Payment Holiday (UTC)” in “My Organization”:
