A payment holiday is a pause in the payment of invoices from Invantive until a specific date.
By mistake a subscription may be blocked due to a processing problem on our part or yours of an invoice. A payment holiday allows you to use the software again within 2 hours once set.
You can request a payment holiday by sending an e-mail to finance@invantive.com.
The date until which a payment holiday is set is visible in the field “End of Payment Holiday (UTC)” in “My organization”:
If a payment holiday is set, a notification about expired invoices can still be given with code itgenlic825
; however, this notification does not interfere with use.
A payment holiday can expire; a no longer applicable payment holiday in the case of expired invoices gives a notification at startup with error code itgenlic823
