Effective May 27, 2024, the process for sending reminders for overdue invoices will change.
Reminders will no longer be sent to the invoice email address as visible for your organization on Invantive Cloud. Instead the reminders will be sent to the license coordinator, visible in the same form.
Reminders will now also be sent fully automatically according to the unchanged process:
- first reminder five days after the expiration date,
- second reminder ten days after the due date,
- last reminder fifteen days after the expiration date.

Services will be automatically suspended a few days after the last reminder. If desired, you can send an email to finance@invantivecom to request a payment holiday.
A hint is also given in the user interfaces if one or more invoices are overdue.
