Het probleem is op dit moment niet elders bekend met Exact Online en het interactief aanmelden.

Wordt gebruik gemaakt van een eigen client ID?

Wordt gebruik gemaakt van aanmelden met:

  1. gebruikersnaam/wachtwoord en verificatiecode
  2. gebruikersnaam/wachtwoord en TOTP-secret
  3. client secretg en refresh token?

Treedt het probleem ook op een andere Windows PC op met dezelfde versie van het Invantive Query Tool?

Welke versie van Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime is geïnstalleerd volgens “Programma’s”, bijvoorbeeld 99.0.1150.39?

De gebruiker maakt geen gebruik van een eigen client ID.

De aanmelding verloopt via de gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord met verificatiecode die manueel ingevuld wordt door de eindgebruiker.

Het testen op een andere PC lukt op dit moment niet, daar de antivirus de installatie blokkeert.

Het wissen van de Query tool en teruggaan naar een vorige versie 22.0.80 levert dezelfde foutmeldingen op.

De WebView2 versie kan hieronder geraadpleegd worden: 99.0.1150.39.

Na de installatie merken we wel een melding op van de antivirus, hierbij kiezen we voor “Yes”, zonder succesvol resultaat.

Mogelijks speelt de antivirus een rol? We kijken op dit moment om dit af te stemmen met de IT afdeling.

WebView2

Microsoft heeft aangekondigd dat IE11 gaat verdwijnen, maar helaas is het nog steeds de enige browser die echt geïntegreerd is in Microsoft Windows. WebView2 is een add-on die nog sterk in ontwikkeling is die het gebruik van Microsoft Edge mogelijk maakt. Helaas levert WebView2 relatief veel problemen op in het deployment; in circa 5% van de installaties lukt het niet of niet betrouwbaar om hem te gebruiken. Aangezien een aantal cloudplatformen het gebruik van IE11 al niet meer toestaat is de keuze gemaakt om toch over te stappen op WebView2. Vaak werkt het wel op een andere PC.

Advies

Advies is om eerst de antivirussoftware als mogelijke factor uit te sluiten. Mocht het probleem daarna nog optreden, gelieve dan een trace te maken zoals beschreven in Ondersteuning bieden bij Data Hub en andere on-premises producten en deze per e-mail op te sturen met in het onderwerp de URL van dit topic.

Update naar de laatste BETA versie leverde geen verbetering op.

Na het updaten naar de laatste BETA versie 22.1.21-BETA en het activeren van compatibiliteitsmodus voor Windows 8 hebben we ons hier voorlopig rond kunnen werken.

Het uitvoeren van een trace is op dit moment nog niet gelukt, is dit nog aangewezen?

Dank voor de update. Ik begrijp dat de compatibiliteitsmodus voor Windows 8 hier een oplossing bood.

Het maken van een tracebestand is niet nodig; waarschijnlijk betreft het een lokaal issue met een Windows-component die nog in ontwikkeling is. Verwachting is dat het formeel afscheid nemen van IE 11 door Microsoft de stabiliteit van WebView2 de komende maanden significant zal verhogen. We zien dat in ieder geval terug in de frequentie van de releases.
