'Too many requests' in Invantive Cloud

I have been getting this error since today on our account with multiple databases. The requests never seem to get fulfilled and our data sets arent getting refreshed.

See below some ID’s of Bridge Monitor that have failed.

Would someone take a look at this for me? I have had someone from Invantive on the phone about this, and know this is a running issue right now, but hope my specfic issue would get fixed, be it because of the known issue or something else.

It is unclear why the lines are so very short in the dashboard card.

However, the headers provide a hint:

Invantive-TotalDurationMsPerDay-RateLimit: limit=14400000,remaining=0,reset=37792

The maximum total duration of 14.400 seconden has been exceeded, as indicated by remaining=0. The rate limit will be reset in 37.792 seconds (10 hours approximately).

We krijgen sinds een aantal dagen de volgende melding in Azure Data Factory: The daily limit of 14,400,000 ms of fresh duration has been exceeded by 25,140 ms. Het tweede aantal ms verschilt dagelijks. Als ik naar het dashboard in onze Invantive Cloud kijk, zie ik het volgende: [{6ADCF72A-A6ED-4359-A988-9E38A1D41717}] Waar gaat dit mis? We hebben amper iets aangepast aan in de Azure Data Factory. We hebben de meeste query’s geoptimaliseerd, zodat deze zo weinig mogelijk data ophalen.

The headers are returned as HTTP headers to the OData-client, and are also displayed on the tab “Phases” of Invantive Bridge Online Monitoring.
