User Registration on Support System

The support procedure has been altered and no longer uses Atlassian JIRA since December 2021. See Verandering in supportprocedure (Dutch)

Registration of a user account is required to enable access to Invantive support. This article describes the registration process.

Execute the following steps:

  • Go to Support.
  • Click on “Support Portal“.
  • Choose Sign up:

  • Enter your email address and click on “Send link“:

  • Within seconds you will receive an email; click on “Subscribe“:

  • The browser will open; please enter your first name and last name, a strong password and click on “Subscribe“:

The Invantive Support Portal will display. You can now register a ticket.
