The itgenlic728 occurs when a user with an Invantive subscription targeted to entrepreneurs tries to log on to an Exact Online subscription specifically meant for use by an accounting firm. The itgenlic727 occurs when a user logs on to an Exact Online subscription specifically meant for use by entrepreneurs (“zelfboekende ondernemer”) using an Invantive subscription targeting accounting firms.

Invantive subscriptions differ in terms and conditions for accountants and entrepreneurs. For example, standard accounting subscriptions do not pose a limit in number of users, whereas entrepreneurial subscription do allow the direct use of Invantive SQL. To make things even more complex, most accounting subscriptions are targeting accounting firms with over 1.000 eligible companies (50+ employees). These are accounting subscriptions which actually allow the direct use of Invantive SQL.

A number of checks are done upon logon given the different markets and available components.
