On-premises producten
Bij het gebruik van een Invantive-gebaseerd product met een Exact Online Premium-abonnement kan de volgende melding optreden:

However, this Invantive software subscription with code L1234567 allows only log on by users with a non-Premium subscription.

Deze melding ontstaat op on-premises producten van Invantive doordat de gekozen abonnementsvorm niet geschikt is voor gebruik in combinatie met Exact Online Premium.
Advies is om een upgrade uit te voeren van:
- bijvoorbeeld Invantive Office for Entrepreneurs naar Invantive Office for Entrepreneurs Premium (productcode SUBCMEA10, gelijk aan Invantive Office for Entrepreneurs, met als extra’s 10 gebruikers op interactieve producten, Data Hub en Data Replicator),
- bijvoorbeeld Invantive Office for Accountants naar Invantive Premium Finance (productcode SUBFPALL, gelijk aan eerstgenoemde, maar met SQL, minimum van 500 administraties, Data Hub en Data Replicator).
Deze melding kan ook optreden bij het gebruik van gratis producten zoals het Free Exact Online Plan en Valuta Tools. Ook dan is het advies om een upgrade uit te voeren.
Invantive Cloud
Een vergelijkbare melding kan optreden bij het gebruik van Invantive Cloud:
