Kunt u controleren dat u versie 26.0 of nieuwer gebruikt van Invantive Data Hub?

Op welk operating systeem en exacte versie krijgt u deze foutmelding?

Met welke XML werkt u (geanonimiseerd) in settings*.xml waarbij deze foutmelding optreedt?

hallo, ik werk met versie 24.0 van Query en 25 van data hub
Ik heb zojuist versie 25.0 gedownload van Query.
Query zit nu op versie 25, maar ik weet niet hoe ik de data hub software (in een zip → met uitpakken veel files en subfolders) moet installeren / kopieren naar de program directory. Kunt u mij daarbij helpen? Ik weet ook niet welke versie die is, is denk 25, want in de download folder staat dit: [Invantive Data Hub-win-x64-net10.0-windows-26.0.173]

Ik begrijp de vraag mbt welke XML ik toe pas niet.

is het mogelijk morgen een TEAMS meeting te straten?

Ik werk met Win 11 Pro versie 25H2.

Advies is om eerst te upgraden naar release 26.

Release 24 en 25 in combinatie met Exact Online zijn zover bekend niet meer te combineren sinds ongeveer afgelopen mei door wijzigingen in het Exact Online identificatieprotocol.

Bij gebruik van release 26 dient u voor Exact Online ook Invantive Credentials Server te gebruiken.

Kan het kloppen dat jullie telefonisch niet (meer) bereikbaar zijn?

Als ik nummer 088-0026500 bel (na 09:00 bv vandaag, gister enkele maken) hoor ik een wachtmuziekje en na 31 seconden wordt de verbinding verbroken.
