Hoe lossen we dit op?

Vanuit de monitoring is de volgende melding te zien:

Authentication failed:Te veel opeenvolgende ongeldige aanmeldpogingen voor gebruiker ‘***’. De eerste mislukte poging was op 22-07-2026 03:35:57 (UTC) en de laatste om 23-07-2026 08:36:21 (UTC). Controleer of u met deze aanmeldcode op de Invantive Cloud-website kunt aanmelden en probeer het na 23-07-2026 09:10:58 (UTC) opnieuw.

Controleer:

  • of de gebruiker waarmee aangemeld wordt op de Credentials server een gebruiker is van de eigenaar van de database of delegatie heeft;
  • of het wachtwoord correct is door zich daarmee aan te melden op Invantive Cloud of Bridge Online;
  • de gebruiker een service account is;
  • of de database gebruik van Credentials Server toestaat;
  • of het IP-adres toegestaan in binnen de database.

Gezien de foutmelding is het waarschijnlijk dat het eerste of twee punt het probleem is.

Ik begrijp hier helemaal niets van. Een consultant van Invantive heeft dit ingesteld. Ik heb mijn account van exact online gebruikt en ingelogd. Dit heb ik vanochtend weer gedaan!

Hoe kan ik dit checken?

Ja, het aanmelden gaat nu goed. Ik kan vanaf hier de reden niet zien. Is het mogelijk dat vanochtend meerdere malen met de verkeerde aanmeldgegevens is aangemeld?
