Power BI refresh issues for JIRA

I have just recently set up a oData connection from JIRA to Invantive to Power BI. When I go to Invantive and open my database and run a query for the most recent 10 tickets, I show ones that have been created even after just creating them. However, when I run the refresh in Power BI, those new tickets/records are not there.

I know that there is probably a cache involved, but where can I find how long this cache is saved?

I would like to be able to refresh in Power BI and have the newest data be there.

Correct, there is a cache on the database that you can modify.
