Instructions
Execute the following steps:
- Reproduce the incident.
- Log on to Invantive Cloud.
- Navigate to System Messages.
- Find the system message by visually matching the message code (typically named “itgen”) and/or the message text.
- Click on the system message.
- Provide the information on the screen or the URL.
