You may be asked to provide details about an error in Invantive Cloud and/or Invantive Bridge Online.

This article describes how to provide this information.

Instructions

Execute the following steps:

  • Reproduce the incident.
  • Log on to Invantive Cloud.
  • Navigate to System Messages.
  • Find the system message by visually matching the message code (typically named “itgen”) and/or the message text.
  • Click on the system message.
  • Provide the information on the screen or the URL.
