Error 7C19CF64 on Freshdesk tickets in Tableau

The Tableau connector is now available for all platforms with Tableau 2022.4:

However, use the server “app-online” instead of “bridge-online” to avoid the error message with code 7C19CF64. A URL such as:

https://bridge-online.cloud/acme-freshdesk/odata4

then becomes:

https://app-online.cloud/acme-freshdesk/odata4

We are still waiting for a fix on a Microsoft library to make Tableau connections also possible via Bridge Online without interfering with other users.
