Upon use of Invantive Control for Excel, you can receive an error:

The license key has expired.
Please contact Invantive License Desk regarding license contract code ‘L…number…’.

This error is typically triggered when a license key has been disabled since the subscription has ended. A subscription can end on an agreed upon date or due to late payment.

The existing license key can not be re-activated. For continued use, a new license key is necessary. Please contact the Invantive License Desk through license@invantive.com or +31880026500 and include the license contract code. The license contract code is shown in the error message as ‘L…number…’.

After acquiring the license key execute the steps for the installation of the license key in the on-premises products as described in:
