Upon use of Invantive Control for Excel or another on-premises Invantive product, you can receive an error:

Invalid license key.
Contact Invantive License Desk to acquire and install a new license key.
This error is typically triggered when a license key has become invalid. This can be due to an upgrade being installed which has a different encryption format, or the license key storage becoming corrupt.
In case of a trial, re-install the trial license key by going to the “Help” menu and choosing “Agreement”.
When the license key encryption format has changed (which seldom happens), a new license key can be acquired by contacting the Invantive License Desk through license@invantive.com or +31880026500.
When the license key storage has become corrupt, the license key can probably be re-installed. In case of a registered subscription you can visit the page “License Keys” on Invantive Cloud to download your license key.
