Lukt niet om Query Tool te installeren: 1603 error code

Lukt niet om de Query Tool via het .msi bestand te installeren. Bestand vanaf deze link gedownload:

Krijg een foutmelding en de installatie wordt afgebroken. In het logbestand staat dit als laatste:

Een 1603 code in een Microsoft Installer is in het algemeen een teken dat een voorgaande installatie van een ander product nog niet afgerond is. Dit kan zowel een Invantive-installer zijn als een willekeurig andere installer.
